Our Rare Birds Ambassador 2025/26

Phil Hayes-St Clair – Executive Coach, Entrepreneur and Award Winning Speaker – is the Rare Birds Ambassador for 2025/26. Phil has been a Mentor with Rare Birds since 2017 and has provided his knowledge, passion and expertise to a raft of our Mentoring and Business Development programs over the years. Advocacy for equal opportunities in all aspects of life for women and girls – particularly entrepreneurship and health – lies at the forefront of Phil's work. We are truly grateful to have him in our corner and look forward to how this partnership will spark new growth and connections, leading to greater social impact in our work to advance economic equality.

Through our Ambassador program we aim to grow our community globally with events and networking opportunities and by providing access to education, mentoring and storytelling. Our Ambassadors leverage their profile and networks to increase the impact and visibility of the work that we do.
