Rare Birds delivers high-impact, one-on-one mentoring programs designed to advance economic equality by supporting women and allies in entrepreneurship and leadership.

Credential holders have completed a structured mentoring program that includes personalised goal mapping, skill gap analysis and matched mentoring with an experienced business leader or executive. Programs are fully supported and measured, with a focus on practical capability building, confidence, strategic thinking and long-term financial independence.

Rare Birds mentoring programs are delivered in partnership with leading organisations, government and industry, and are underpinned by a national community of over 1,200 volunteer Mentors and 70,000 members.

Participation demonstrates a commitment to professional growth, inclusive leadership and purposeful career or business development through mentorship and community.
