Hub Australia has premium workspaces for businesses of all sizes in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Brisbane. Last night its super stylish Hyde Park space in Sydney – filled with loads of natural light to complement the natural materials used throughout – opened its doors to the Rare Birds community. We announced our new partnership at an intimate event on The Profound Impact of Mentoring.
Founder and CEO Jo Burston was joined by Rare Birds Mentor Sarah Churchward Norton to discuss the role that mentoring has played in their lives. Luke Starr from Verve PR was on hand to guide the fascinating conversation that busted a lot of myths and offered plenty of insights into how to make the most from a mentoring relationship. It seemed they were preaching to the converted however, as a show of hands in the room revealed that almost everyone there had a mentor at some point.
And as Sir Richard Branson himself says, “If you ask any successful business person, they will always say that they have had a great mentor at some point along the road.”
The new partnership with Hub will reward Rare Birds Mentors with free day passes – perfect for interstate travel! While members of the Rare Birds community will be able to arrange a week’s free trial at any of its spaces nationally. In return, Rare Birds is offering all Hub members a discount of $150 off a 12-month Mentoring Program. It’s a win-win that we will be replicating with other strategic partners to grow and reward our community.
