Kathryn is the Co-Founder and CEO of Decoded, a technology education company dedicated to demystifying the digital dark arts. The need for digital literacy and skills is resonating with every sector, strata and geography of business globally. Decoded now have offices in London, Sydney, New York and Amsterdam and have taught in over 65 major cities worldwide. Their digital OnDemand and face-to-face education programmes span the worlds of code, data, cyber security and beyond. Most famous for their "In a Day" experiences, Decoded believe there is no technology they cannot decode.

Kathryn is a regular public speaker and campaigns for code on curriculums and gender diversity in technology. She was part of the successful campaign to have code introduced as a mandatory to the UK national curriculum in September 2014 and now sits as Chairwoman of the UK Government Digital Skills Innovation Fund, supporting an academic centre of excellence to develop high-education cyber, data and code skills. She also sits on the UK Government's Cyber Security Board and the Mayor of London’s Business Advisory Board.
